Photography for Faster Sales

You only have one chance to make a first impression and in the real estate business, that first impression is your listing
photos. Quality real estate photography can quite literally make or break a sale.
In today's market, where buyers are increasingly spending their time online, it's more important than ever to ensure that
your listings are well-represented with photos that capture the property's best features.

A good realtor photographer will not only take quality pictures but also add video of the listing to create an immersive experience for potential buyers. By taking the time to hire a professional photographer, you're making an investment that is sure to pay off by helping your property stand out from the competition and sell faster.

 Interior Matter
Yes, in addition to the exterior of the building, shooting inside is equally important.
We're not playing video games after all, we're showing the real world to your
customers to browse through their mobile devices

 Servicing
Since your client is not on site, it is also important to show what kind of service
you will provide in the photo, which helps the client to prepare enough for
their trip.

 Location
Sometimes, the client isn't sure what kind of the place it will look like, so it's
important to include some information about the surrounding environment when
shooting to help your client know in advance on how the destination will look like.

From Consultation to Final Art Work:
How We Work with Clients

Communication Is Key

1 The first step in the production process is discuss with client about the requirements and goals of the project. This will help to ensure that we are on the same page and that the project is executed in a way that meets the client's needs.

The Best Idea Comes
From Collaboration

2 After the initial consultation, our Art Director will provide at least three different style concepts to clients. These concepts are based on the discussion we had about what kind of design would best suit your needs. Once you have chosen a concept, our team will begin working on the project. We will work closely with you to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

Photoshoot in Progress

3 The third step is to proceed the photoshoot. Once the shooting is done, we offer the option to review and select your photos on the spot, or have them to be sent to you for confirmation if you're not able to be there in person. In this way, whether you're at the event or not, you can be sure that your photos will turn out just the way you want them to.

Post Processing

4 Once the photos have been taken, it's time for the post-processing. This is where the photos are refined to produce stunning visual effects. The entire process usually takes about seven working days. During this time, the photos will be cropped and colour corrected, and any other necessary adjustments will be made. The end result is a set of stunning photos that will surprise and delight you. And of course, the wow factor is always a nice bonus.
